Stock items under 75 lbs. are shipped via UPS Ground unless specified or requested otherwise.

Due to weight, size, or shape, some items are not shippable by parcel carrier and require delivery via freight carrier. Professional customer delivery is available in most markets for Distribution that support scheduled weekly/daily route deliveries.
Minimum orders of $1700.00 or greater are prepaid (no charge) freight via Rubbermaid Carts choice carrier from the NEAREST warehouse to any destination within the continental U.S. with the exception of special order and non-stock items. A standard freight charge of $89.00 is clearly visible when you place the items in our shopping cart. There are situations where your shipping cost may exceed $89.00.
Delivery is to curbside or loading dock and not inside the home or business. Rubbermaid Cart is not responsible for paying Common Carrier accessorial charges including inside delivery, residential delivery, lift gate, sort and segregate, C.O.D. fees and construction site delivery. Should you need inside delivery, the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges. The customer is also responsible for additional charges in cases of missed appointments or re-delivery.
Orders placed Mon - Fri before 12 noon MST normally ship within 24 hours and should arrive to you within 2-3 business days.
Closeout and special order items are subject to additional shipping charges and will take longer for delivery. Rubbermaid Whoelsale will contact the customer with shipping cost and delivery time. Rubbermaid Cart will also contact the customer if an item is out of stock and cannot be shipped or has been discontinued. Rubbermaid Cart cannot cancel a special order once it has been approved by the customer and has been placed.
Please be certain to inspect, count and varify product is received in good condition before signing with the carrier. Please make sure that you have received ALL of your product before signing with the carrier. If you are missng any product or received any product damaged please make a note of the discrepancy on the paper work received by the driver that you will be asked to sign. Rubbermaid Cart is not responsible for missing or damaged product once the customer has signed free and clear with the carrier.
